if i buy vehicle schematic can I craft them without being master artisan

Yes, make sure you use the cheapest, lowest quality resources you can find so that the vehicles explode when they are generated.
Then go to your nearest spaceport and sell them for 15k.
This will further remind people that they should only trust Master Artisans to make their vehicles and that the durability of the vehicles really does matter.

You'd need a Weapon/item factory and the exact materials that were used to create the manufacturing schematic.

At the moment I am M.Rifleman / M.MarksMan / Scout / Medic (I was going BH at some point ages ago thus scout !) Anyways I ahve been master for ages now but havent played for a month or so. What i am thinking is making a Uber PVP (As I am pretty good at this anyways) It seems to me, from the battles i've lost my main flaw is defence agaist melee (DOH!) So I am now thinking of this Template.
Question : Does this template look ok ? (Bear in mind I still want purely Rifle Offensive and just need more Melee Defence)

Hello all
i could use some advice
i have an master rifleman/master scout/doc 4-x-x-x
should i drop scout and doc and try out BH?
how are BH to play?

I would drop all but 4/0/0/0 scout, go at least 4/0/0/4 doc and go 4/0/0/4 BH for the BH defenses and ranged mods
since the 4th tree usins rifles xp, it will be easy for you to get.

so to be an good BH i could be 4-x-x-4? so i dont need to be MBH?
if i wanna be MBH i cant have doc skills though.

Atm im Mdef, LS0444, Healer4000, Enh 3002 im thinking of changing to Mdef Mls healer 3000 enh 0002 but ive been told thatMLS isnt worth the skill points and the temp i've got is as good but i really don't know what to do im 3.5mil xp in credit so it wouldnt take too long to change and i think my saber has 630 max dmg 21 fc (not sure will have to confim when i get home from work so pls dont flame me if im wrong) im really looking for some good sound advice on what to do Change or Keep? i want to do PVP and PVE with this temp.
