Thread: wtf is going on?
would someoe please outline evertying that has to be done in order to place a mineral platform thing? i built it and walked out as far as 3k from my city and it still says i cant build there. wtf??
and why in the hell is stuff like this NOT DOCUMENTED?
placing structures is a pain in the butt and is something that never got totally worked out in beta. there are really only 2 things to remember, you have to be at least 1k meters outside a city, (which you are) and you have to find level ground.
I personally drap the deed to my quick launch bar to help speed up the process. what planet are you on? what city are you near? some areas are really hard to place at. Another thing thats good to do is look for a harvester thats already been placed then do circles around it till you find a spot.
