Thread: rules on using deeds?

Whatare the rules on using deeds? When you try to build in certain areas it says "building is not permitted here". Do you have be a certain distance from town or what?

Most likely you're too close to town. Otherwise you're in a no-build zone. Best to get about 1km away from town and try.
