Artisan Archive

When I started my first Artisan I had survey and sample in the hotbar automaticly, when I created a new one it did not. I can drag the tool themselves to the tool bar but am unable to put the actual commands on them (sample, survey). Is there a trick to doing this that I don't get here ?

Ctrl-A under the "Other" tab you will see the sample, and survey icons drag them into whichever hotkey you want
