What level / skilll set is require to make the harvester and Wind generator?
I am a novice artisan, just started it yesterday. I don't want to use AFK Macro since reading soo many people are against it and don't want to be online 24/7, especally when I only could a couple of hours a day (work + wife = full time).
If I could figure out how to make the Harvester & Wind Power to power it, I wouldn't mind making a few, especally for those who need them as well.
BTW, what level do you need to make house too. Paying 15k for it + maintence fee is a killer

I believe its engineering 3 or 4 that you can make them.
There are bigger, more powerful ones that the Architect can build as well.
For the lowest level houses you need to get Novice Architect, for that you have to get Engineering 4 and then 33,300 General Crafting Experience on top of it all.
