I keep getting "Failed to Start Crafting session" anyone know how to fix this? I have tried restarting and logging out, but nothing

Two things to try:

1) Get in a fight. Sometimes this will force an "crafting session ended" message.

2) Open the radial menu on your tool and hold the cursor over start crafting session. If you get a bar saying something like 'extract prototype', you have an item stuck in your tool, just get it out.

If that doesn't help.. I'm out of ideas
