Like if Person "A" owns a house and places a Vendor

and Person "B" has admin rights to the house. Can Person "B" have the ability to access the vendor from Person "A" and put items for sale there? or can only Person "A" be allowed to post items for sale?

Only person A can put items up for sale directly. If person B has artisan/merchant and admin rights to the house, he can create his own vendor.

Or person B can put items onto A's vendor as offers. Only person A can purchase them, but A can then put them up for sale on the vendor, available for anyone. This makes things easier if their schedules don't overlap much, and the prices B wants will be obvious. Of course, this does require that A have the cash to cover the purchases, and gives B the credits up front, where they may not sell.

Can I ask for clarification on that second bit?

Are you saying that if someone makes an offer to my vendor I can put it up for sale without buying it first? If so, can I charge a slightly higher amount and receive that percentage while the original offerer gets the price he asked for?

Thanks.

If someone offers an item to a vendor, you are selling it to the owner of the vendor. Only the owner can see items offered. He/she can then accept or deny the offer, buying it at the asked price. If accepted, the item is in the vendor's "back room" and the owner has to put it up for sale. He/she can charge whatever price desired, but most merchants mark up the price to get their cut.

Note that if the vendor is in a player city that has a sales tax, the offer is considered a sale so that price the owner has to pay will have the sales tax added to the price offered.
