Thread: Is this a bug with factories?
Not an artisan but have a general question about factories.
I am making stim b's and load the ingredients in to the correct hopper, start it and leave barely make it to my house which is 200m away and the darn thing stops and says that one of the ingredients is missing. Irun back out and check everything is in there. Irestart it andwait and bam stops again. Did this all day yesterday. Might add that the factory did produce a run of stim b's yesterday and two runs of the Bio. Eff. Cntrl. I did as experiments tonight with no problems. So I figured that this maybe a bug. Can anyone here shed some light on this?
Stim B's take components, right? Are the Effect controllers, duration mechanisms, etc that you have loaded in the input hopper the same serial number as what you created the Stim schematic with? They have to be identical for the factory to do its run.
The easiest way to check is to look at the schematic, or the "list ingredients needed" on the factory if you've loaded the schematic. The components will have a serial number listed, and if that doesn't match the serial on the crates of components you have in the input hopper, it'll say "out of ingredient Bio. Eff.Cntrl" (or whatever component isn't right).
