Whena Master Artisansays it's a 50% swoopare they talking about 50% of the experimental 1500 which would make a total of 1750?

Or, are they taking the percentage of thetotal possibleHAM which would puta 50% swoop at 1250 total HAM?

I have read through a ton of posts regarding vehicle HA<, experimentation etc etc and have found that Master Architects are doing it both ways.

We need to all agree on the way it is supposed to be calculated so we can avoid a lot of pricing problems and unhappy customers.
