Thread: Vehicle deeds need to show Hitpoints
I agree .. I hope this is fixed soon so customers can tell premium vehicles vs. crappy ones. Ithink Weaponmakers (and weapon buyers) would be outraged if weapons did not show the damage the weapon does, etc. etc.
Right now the customers have no way of knowing what quality a vehicle had, apart from whatever the Artisan who created it has written in the name of the vehicle. It would be great both for the customer and the crafters to get this implemented asap. I'm quite sure you would have seen a lot less of the really poor quality vehicles if this had been in from the start.

Yes it still costs the same to repair. However, there aren't garages on all planets, so a low quality swoop on Endor for examplewill indeed cut your time on that planet very short. For me, having to go and repair a vehicle is equal to downtime, so I do indeed want to spend as much time between repairs as possible. Nevertheless, the deed should show the HP's so thatthe customer can make an educated choice instead of buying blindfolded.
Once the vehicle is created, it doesn't show the name of the artisan who made it. I would like my customers to be able to recommend my work to others, by knowing who made their vehicle. Also, the name I put on the deed does not transfer over to the vehicle.
But vehicle deeds not showing what the stats of the vehicle are? That is just plain stupid. The customers need to know what they are buying.

I had one guy tell me that he was replacing his vehicle because he got into a fight and it was gone in 2 hits! While the price of repair is the same, it's going to lastA LOT longer if the hit points are higher. I made a speederbike with about 88% durablity that had about 2300 hit points, but I've seen some with less than Half! I really can't beleive the Dev's left this out since people just simply have no Idea what they are buying.
I try to help by putting the % durability on all my finished vehicles (and of course, I price them accordingly).
