Thread: Crafting food/chem tools

Ok, new character, with artisian. At novice I was able to craft food/chem crafting tools even though it is listed under Engineering I. I did not train eng I for quite a while but I was grinding on food/chem tools. I didn't notice that that item should have not been available to me till I actually was ready to train ENG one. Anyone know if this is a known bug?

The food/chem tool schematic is also granted with Novice Medic, did you have that skill?
