Same problem here...Quharek won't give me out the quest...3 days into Phase 2 and it's already capped ? Why a cap on crafters doing phase 2 quest ? Using this procedure only 180 crafters/YEAR will be able to unlock phase 2 crafters quest ?...Makes no sense...

This is blatently biased against crafters and towards fighters. There is no fighter cap. The problem is the devs and other fat, small endowed people running this game world cater to and live vicariously through the messy haired, scraggly beard looking macho fighter types. It has been evident all along with the power given to the uber combat types. First it was "look at my big gun!" and currently it is "look at my big sword!". They can't stand the idea that brains are power. (Probably because they have brains and still feel personally powerless) Someone please tell me where a sword wielder is of any significance in the Star Wars mythology? What a crock yet thet is the current uber class. Mind you they can get theri missions at the village.

Wow, I didn't know there was a cap. I wish I could abort it or something, because currently I'm blocked from completion by a bug--if you leave dath and come back it "fails", leaving you with the ability to give items to the droid, but not recieve a reward or anything.

I was just going to come in here and rant about how I, for the first time, wish I was a master artisan since I can't compete for the quality portion of the quest (artisan exp points? what the...BE scroood again!)
