BARC repair tool: (Master Artisan)

Requires 750 Carbonaceous Asteroid

Requires 750 Petrochemical Asteroid


This tool can be use to refurbish a disabled BARC speeder. Blah, blah, etc.

The technical term for this is "systems balancing", prior to release. After release, it's still balancing, but changes can be considered nerfs or enhancements.

Does this mean there's a chance we'll finally be able to re-enable our disabled swoops and bikes (and for the love of god, AV-21's)? With as many mounts as are dying right now, it'd be great. I store my mount when I can, but sometimes I just get dizzied and knocked off and by the time I get up, four wookiees have already killed my swoop.
