What's the highest rated AV-21 a Master Artisan can craft?

I've seen 98% AV-21's.....is 99% or 100% possible? If so, any Flurry MA's confident enough to make one with their best resources?

I have the schem and the powerplant and will pay for their time and resources.

Heck if you can pull-off a 99% or 100% craft on it...I'll pay ya very very nicely.

Hey Clarf, good to see you....

I am a MA on Valcyn, and i can make a 99.5% (2992 HP)... With SR of 997 (or was it 1000?) and an SR of 985... full experimentation, and i still had one point left (only being an 11 point artisan)...

1500 (base HP) + (1500 x 99.5%Exp = 1492.5) = 2992 HP (well, 2992.5 really)... But it is rounded down...

So getting close is possible...

Valcyn: Etevei Iomag (CL 90 Jedi/Master Ace Smuggler Pilot), Ordio (Master Trader-Engineer)
Valcyn #2: Eppav Iomag (CL75 Smuggler), Yve Iomag (Master Entertainer). Living in Galatorbria, Rori.
Vendor located just outside of Restuss at (/wayp 4878 6375) - Spice, Looted Weapons, Armor, Buff Items and other Misc items. This is also the drop off location
Sunrunner: Mumybecca (CL 14 BH).

Back when I was a Master Artisan on Valcyn I crafted a 99% AV21. Days later somebody else made a 100% AV21. This happened within days of Jump to Lightspeed being released, some of the new metals introduced had really good stats on them.

Have you tried posting on the Flurry trade forum? You might have better luck there. I was a master artisan for a long time before I started reading this forum, but I've always read my galaxy's trade forum.

Edit: And I just re-read your original post and saw that yes, yes you have posted in your trade forum.Oh well. Good luck with the search!
