As the title says what is this? I am clueless about it right now.

Are you talking about the optional component for BE food tissue?
I'm pretty sure it's just "stub" functionality for a loot enhancement that hasn't been implemented. The component slot showed up over a year ago (when the food tissues were modified in the chef revamp), and despite all the BEs and Chefs searching, it has yet to show up.
We keep hoping, though.

Thank you. I was wondering why I had not noticed that the first time I mastered artisan. That would explain it.
