I was placing my harvesters on Naboo and for some reason one harvester was placed 8000m away from my current location. I went to see my harvester, but there was a house exactly on the same spot! How do I get my harvester back?

I was able to get focus to my harvester using /target command, but I could not figure out any commands to access my harvester
