Trying to sell my Deed but it says my price is too high, trying to sell it for 4k but it won't let me. What's the deal?

Bazaar caps at 3000. You'll have to have your own house and business 3 to set up a vendor for anything higher. Otherwise you can do the street vendor thing and shout a lot. :-)
There shouldn't be much going for above 3000 yet. Remember that we're dealing (in theory)with a credit scale where 10,000 should buy a new starship. (Per Episode IV.)

I'm just starting the xp grind to architect. I should be thereby the end of today (today being saturday).
