My GCT has been telling me forever that it has a prototype or schematici n it's output hopper...how do I get it to stop? I tried logging but it still does it!

Open the radial menu over the Crafting Tool in your Inventory. Goto "Start Crafting" and hold there for a second. A sub-men should appear for "Output Hopper." Click that and you can access the hopper and drag the item out.
