Ok, back to my muzzles. I've noticed that they come out with different names on them. Like Scatter Muzzle, Polished Muzzle, toned muzzle. When I examine them they are all the same. 1.67500001%, so what's with the names?

Polished is Wound Chance
Tuned is Maximum Damage
Muffled is Special Mind Move Cost
Scattering is Point Blank Penalty
They have the same % but it's used for different power-ups.
