Thread: Couple questions on experiment. I didn't find the answers elsewhere
1) Is there any differnce between doing 1 expermental point at a time or going for the entire amount.
Example: Rolling the "craft" Dice one by one, Trying to get 6 or more Great Successes on something.
Or Going for broke and just adding 6 points to one area, And hopeing for the best.
I've done it both ways and haven't noticed much differnce other then you get a few more chances Not to screw it up via the single point method.
2) Chance of failure. The red bar that fills as you use experimental points. Is that the chance of failure or the chance of success.
By the rate of my failures, I'd have to say its chance of failure. Just looking for confirmation.

In the earlier stages of experimenting, you may be less likely to have a critical failure if you use your points one by one.
At more advanced stages of your skill tree, depending on your mind pool, you may find it makes little difference.
