Thread: A Question about Resource Quality
What you do is, to find the best quality resource, mine all the resources that you could possibly use in the crafting you will use the resources for and see which one has a better quality.
I.E.
You want to make a CDEF Rifle
Conductivity counts for 50% of all of it's stats
Overall Quality of the resource counts for the other 50%
You start sampeling Omnipifi, a metal with a conductivity of 795 and overall quality of 709
Well, you realize that it isn't giving you the results you wanted for the weapon, so you sample another metal, Awiogar.
Well, Awiogar has a conductivity of 934 and overall quality of 870. If Conductivity and Overall Quality count for the total quality of the gun, which do you think you would use?
Oh yea, there is a site that has some resources and their stats, but I have a found a few they don't have (the 2 I just listed). But it is a great resource. The site is www.swgcenter.com/resource_tree/resources.asp
Nice resource.
Anyone know if there's a printable version of that whole list?
If not, I guess I should get off my _ss and make one.....
