ok ive decided to give artisan a go with my new alt, so i got myself to master and have started collecting ca to make a 14pt suit.
ive nearly got +25 in exp but my q is regarding assembly bonuses....whats the max usefull amount? is it 20?

+20 is the max 'useful' amount {for each 10 points you wear , you receive 1 useable applied point}
But since +25 is the max any mod can add to your own skills vis SEAs everyone reaches for it instead of stopping at the 'useful' part.
EDIT: the +14 applies to humans only you would want all +25 to become a +14
{they have the +15 bonus so +25 will give +40-or 4 extra points}
for all and any others +20 will give the 12point rateing.
