I need them for artisan level foods.... I have checked my data pad for schematics but cant find them..are they made by Bio engineers? If so and BE's from infinity selling them...anyone...anyone...Bueller?

Yes the Light Food Biological Component that is required to craft Light Food Additives is made by a BE.

Please look in the Trade Forums for your Galaxy to find a BE that is selling these.

Just FYI, you don't need these to make artisan food; it's an optional component so you can assemble the item with that slot empty. However they do give nice bonuses to the buff power or duration of the food.
