Umm.. Is this bugged? I noticed this command and tried it but it did not work...

Or maybe i don't know what it really is.

you would have to have the vehicle in target and a vehicle customization kit with uses on you {paint kit}

all it is , is the /slash command for the radial selection on the paint tool.

Um, I was trying to paint a car or some stuff...

with a paint thingie...

Ahh ok. Didn't realize that. Since I'm new to artisan, I thought it was like a special ability we had to customize vehiclea w/o a customization kit.

Thanks for clearing that up!

You tried targeting the vehicle and double-clicking the tool?
