I'm at work right now so bare with me 'cause I cant look in the game. When I put a power-up on it doesnt change any of my weapon stats. Also do they expire?

I think it changes the stats... the name should turn yellow when one is active.

And they expire after 100 shots

Examine the power up before putting it on the item. It should tell you want the power up will do. Then examine the wepons current value before the power up. Place the power up on the weapon and reinspect that attribute. You should notice a change. The change may have been in something worthless or unexpected, like health cost to use weapon specials.
