I nearly went mad grinding things to get to Engineering IV, and my jaw almost dropped when I saw how much experience was required to get to the advanced Artisanprofessions. Is there any enjoyable, if not necessarily speedy, way to get to those professions? What have you all been crafting to alleviate the boredom that accompanies the grind, or, perhaps, what is selling best?

Here's what I do:

I make what I enjoy to make, and stuff with easily findable resources. I find a spot where I can craft and mine at the same time. Then I start cracking. I stop every once in awhile to sell stuff, and about every hour I get up and go do missions. I run about 10 missions until I finally work my way back to my home town, and start all over.

Before you know it, you're there.

I havn't gotten to Engineering IV yet and I think I'm being a little slow. I've joined a well-rounded group - I think the only thing we dont have is an entertainer. I scan for resources as I'm following the leader and when we stop to camp or hunt I mine and gather. Maybe this is the slow way to success, but I'm enjoying it. I havn't got borred with it, I'm making good money by helping with the quests, and I'm making good contacts (ie future customers!)
