Ok. this is interesting. I have been trained Engineering 3 and only the Deed for the Wind Power Generator shows up. Is there something else i need to do in order to make the Personal mineral extractors and Flora extractors? please help.

Are you trying to use the generic craft tool you started with? Some of the deeds require a specialized crafting tool. Check the schematics, it will say in there.
