First Armor pieces:

Bone armor gloves and bone armor boots

You need engineering II to try to assemble them

HOWEVER, you need 3 fiberplast panels which only can be made if you have domestic arts I

If my memory do not fail me you need 25 hides and similar amount of bones which only can be collected if you have the novice scout at least.

To collect the metals (of course) survey is required (or buy from another).

And finally with your engineering you make the metal reinforcement and assamble all the material in only 2 armor pieces I mentioned before.

Im a artisan with Engineering I and Surveying II how can i create bone armor?

you need scout training and you need to harvest bone and hide off of mobs. or you can purchase it from PC's. but i dont think you can make armor till eng 3 and even then you can only make arms gloves i think.

You need to increase your skill level then you should access the schematics however they are not the easiest to make it requires bone and hide which is one of the few resources artisans cannot get themselves they need a scout to acquire that sort of resource for them, and it takes a good amount just to make a pair of boots. Keep at it though, all good things will happen in due time.

Do you need to be an engineer to create the armour?

i have the skills and the resources, but I have failed twice while trying to make the bone armour boots.
