Thread: Resources constantly changing/Can't sample high concentrations: HELP

The resources on Rori in the Kettemoor galaxy change from day to day. One day there will be one list of resources the next day it will change. What's more I tried sampling a resource that I surveyed at 84% concentration and when I tried to sample it said the concentration was too low. What's the deal??? How can I set up a mining harvester if the resources are always changing? And why am I having problems mining when the concentrations are so high?
