Was wondering if the surveying skill was worth leveling up. I got to survey 4 pretty easily, but don't see myself sampling any more resources. It is nice to be able to survey further. Do you think it is worth the points, if its not needed as a prereq?

To me it's totally worth it. Not only do you get the further range but you also get alot more per sample. This is really helpful when the material you need only has a high concentration inside of the 1000m mark.

I'd say keep it unless you really need the points. It saves time searching for resources. Since we only had one resource shift on my server so far, I'm not sure how much the percentages will flucutate and how often we will need to move harvesters.

If you ask me its totally useless unless you plan on becoming a master artisan,
