About 2 nights ago, I placed 3 flora farms and paid the maintenance and power right before the server crashed. Before the server crashed, I did get the email confirmation that they had been placed and new waypoints appeared on my map.

The next morning, I go to check on them and they have disappeared, but the waypoints are still on my map and the emails are still in my email box, and since I was using all my lots after I placed them, I try to place another building and it tells me that they indeed are taking up those 3 lots.

I put in a ticket, and as you might have guessed, I haven't received any response. What I am worried is that because the harvestor may not exist in the world anymore, there is no way it will self-destruct and I won't be getting those lots back even if I wait.

Has anyone else had this problem? Has CSR been able to help them? Do you get the lots back if you just wait it out? Or has anyone founda way to get those lots back or work around the problem?

This happened to me as well to two of my Mineral Extractors. They did return within a day. If yours haven't then I wish you the best of luck getting it resolved through a ticket.
