Is there anyone ( A group, a website, a forum, a really bored guy) that tracks resources? I'm thinking somewhere people can go to check the qualities of the various resources without having to fly from planet to planet on a wild goose chase only to have a shift occur just as you nail a sweet spot. Even better would be mapping spots returning over a certain percentage ( color coded? red 50-75, orange75-90, yellow 90+?)so you can find what you need in an efficient manner. Does this type of system exist anywhere, or are Artisans too passive agressive cut throat for this? Seems like it would really take alot of the BS out of the class.

I may be wrong (and I'm sure if I am someone will let me know), but I've found that once a material has been harvested to zero, it's gone. I've noted many harvesters in an area for many weeks. Then, once the resources are depleted, the harvesters go away and there are no longer any more resources in the area. HOWEVER, the powers that be must reset the resources occasionaly, otherwise, with 275,000+ players, eventually there would be nothing left on any planet in any galaxy.

So, it may be a useless task of trying to map where all of the resources are located. Besides, it this were possible, eventually everyone would find the location of the best resources and the need for the "art" of surveying would go away. In this event, the powers that be would simply modify the game.

...on the other hand, if you find the location of some extra sweet resources in the Kettamore Galaxy, let me know!
