I spent quite a bit of time hunting for resources today. I did not have an instance of the dreaded WP sticking, so I'm wondering if it was another 'stealth fix'.

Just checking to see if it's been spotted lately.

Spent 6 hours surveying on 4 planets, didn't happen once. I was holding down the Shift key when clicking the survey button, however. I found that helped a lot on the waypoint bug, altho it didn't eliminate it.

I'm surveying again today, I'll intentionally try to get the bug, and post back.

Once again the UI has changed so that when you activate theWP from datapad the WP name disappears.

I'm thinking that this allows for easier overwriting by the system of multiple "Resource Survey" WPs, which used to clog or confuse the server database...

I have not had it happen since the UI update post-patch.

At least they got something right...

I had it happen once last night, with a resource survey waypoint.

If it only happens once in a great while, I can deal with it.
