Harvesters are acting incredily buggy. I harvested 48k resources off a 56% concentration in 24 hours with 3 mediums. That's more than double the standard rate. And at the same time used 3 days worth of power. Since then I have been unable to keep my harvesters running with my (previously ample) power generation systems. And I see this is a widespread problem by what's listed on the bazaar. Not a drop of energy at ANY price is available in my region (Moenia). Not a single unit of energy with a PE greater than 100 for less than 10 cpu in my entire galaxy. Face it, they screwed up power usage and their QA is (as usual) clueless.
