and no, I'm not a noob, I've got lvl II engi and have crafted many many things... but today I crafted 3 items and I didn't get any xp for it. WTH is going on? I logged off and back on again and still didn't show any xp gained from creating those objects.

I noticed that if you get a critical failure resulting in 0% improvement while experimenting that you get No XP for the item. In fact I believe I actually lost 20-30 XP for the failed attempt. Not sure about losing XP but I did not gain any XP from the critical failure.

what did you craft? harvestors and such give srutcture exp not GCXP.

Well, obviously if it was a critical failure with all 3 I wouldn't expect to get crafting experience so that wasn't it. No, it was just a bug. When I logged back in, I had got the xp I was looking for. I think it's like that bug where you set a waypointand if you rename it, it won't show up as the new name until you log and come back in again.Also, it wasn't harvesters I was crafting, just general stuff.
