Thread: Powerup Question Actual Abilities?

What exactly DOES Mind Cost +13.65% DO anyway? From reading it i would figure it ADDED to the cost of specials, but then it isnt exactly a powerup is it?


Id experiment a bit but im at work and ill forget

As far as stats go in this game, a positive bonus always is a good thing, so a +12% bonus to mind cost would mean an actual 12% decrease in the mind cost of special moves.

Doh! I've been destroying all the powerups I've made with +pool costs because I thought those were bad lol.
