you heard me today I finally found a certin steel that i was looking for. It was an 80% patch i was in heaven I knelt down to take a sample to check out before I laid down my harvester, only to have it tell me that there wasnt any. What the hell? I'm standing on an 80% patch of it right now!! argh!!

It has to do with the resource swings. It will be truly at 80% soon. It might require a server reboot, not sure how it works...

I've heard harvesters can pull from them right away if that helps you any...

This happens a bit. And Lund is right, it is due to resource changes, it either means, they are showing the old % of a depleted fields, or they have inserted the new % and not yet moved the resources in. It's a little annoying that they haven't done both in one fell swoop, but the game is new, give them time.
