Can there be more than one high concentration point for the same resource on a planet?

Probably. The planets are pretty **edit** big. There seems to be good amounts of multiples around each major city.

Yes of course high concentration points are spread accross the whole planet.

There can certainly be multiple pockets of high concentrations on a single planet.

In fact, don't assume that a pocket only has a single peak concentration. This is usually true, but sometimes, if the first peak I find is in a no-build zone, I can move a few hundred meters away, and concentrations will start rising again, to peak again somewhere else.
