prlly been discussed before, but I was just wondering ie: if your a weaponsmith does Artisan experimentation add to your experimentation pool?? or do you even get anything out of artisan skills when weaponsmithing/ doing other elite proffesions?

Nope, artisan experimentation points are only good for artisan items. Once (if) you go into Tailoring, Armorsmithing, Weapons, or any of the other elite crafts, then you will only have 1 experimentation point to use on those items (initially).
