I have the XP if I wanted to get master artisan, I also have the apprentice XP. From what I can tell though, getting master artisan doesn't do anything besides let you build a few new things. My question is this:

Is there a decent market for these extra items to justify the apprentice XP expenditure? I will likely not pursue an elite artisan profession. Are there other benefits of master artisan I'm not seeing? Right now I have Sur IV Eng IV, Dom IV and the XP for all the business skills if I want them.

Thoughts?

The electronic subcomponents that only a MA can make are used in the elite professions (and in repair tools).

Theses items are components that can be used to enhance some of the schematics you already know, and are used by other professions for there items. I think you could find some others that might rather save the time and buy them from you. Plus you get a nifty title.

LOL, I'm still fuzzy as to whether or not a nemodian bird cage is supposed to do anything. Can't we at least hang it, or set it on the table currently all it seems to do isclutter up the floor.

I just assumed that the Bird Cage was a Furniture type.
