Is there a way to change the second color of a piece of clothing you're making? I only see 'Color 1' which is like a minor thing, the belt area, the sash, etc. from a full robed dress or something, yet I haven't found a way to change the main color of the fabric. Am I missing something here?

These sections can have their color changed, but it requires tailor skills. The "Tailoring" branch boosts your ability to modify clothing color (more colors available), although I'm not sure at what point you can change primary/secondary colors. I've only recently trained in Domestic Arts IV, and there doesn't seem to be anything I can modify the second color on.
