oky whats up with these things they have been around for by my count over 11 days.. i know the resources for minerals got upped for there duration, from 7 days to 10 days right?? floral has always been from 7-21 but i think its 10-21 now. But with this stuff still around im not sure what is up,,
These new resources seam to go against every other cap every other resource in there class have,
ex 1000 con on AL
950+ shock on copper
High con and mal on steel ect
I have also found the new silastic ore at 85%+ concentration, i thought the % on ore was capped at 70%
To me these resources are soo outta wack from the others in there classes, well some of them atleast, alumiunum, silastic ore, copper, steel. that its almost as if they forgot to code the gates on um,. Naa that couldnt be,, that kinda mistake wouldnt make it past beta would it??
Well now they have been around longer than stuff should be sticking around,, is this some sorta bug from the forced shift to get all them in the galaxie and now they wont leave? I was kinda excited about the new resources but after seeing these new ones not following any of the prevoius resource logic it now seams to be a disapointment. Ohh well like all the others, just roll with it right? maybe we will get new planets and astorid mining,, that was a dev promise way back.. think that will ever happen?

I'm not complaining, i've got my harvestors sitting on a 985SR copper.... perfect for me to make 99% vehicles
I don't think it would be a bug, perhaps the devs are trying to make things easier for us, as resources are extremely valuableat the moment because of shipwright... who knows.
But yeah i'm wondering how long it will last.

You mean like how the OQ1000 Hardened steel has been out since two days before JTL's release? Or how Bloodfin got a OQ800+ Crism Silclastic Ore? Yeah I've been noticing this myself it seems like the caps are broken. We are faced with a list of super resources right now on Bloodfin. I am so not complaining but its just odd to see. The crystallized steel that spawned on Bloodfin for SW's had a con over 800! This isnt normal at all.
And I say to that... KEEP IT COMING!

Yea, seams every server has a couple of good ones,, but also a bunch of crap,, im sick of looking at that 100 oq crystalized steel,, or the total crap gravitronic fiberplast.. Ive stoped mining a bunch of the new stuff, and i just made some new characters on chimera,, i think ill drop on a couple of the good ones, maybe they will be here for a month,.. if not ahh well.
I guess one thing that will be nice, the stuff thats good people will have millions and millions soo the price wont be that high i hope,. i know someone has 40+ heavys on the enw gas thats 940+ in both needed stats he will need an entire house just to hold it all by the time it shifts

Ore isn't capped at 70%, I found a mid 70's around november of last year on Dathomir, I believe it is capped on certain planets, but can also spawn highly.

Man, we got one 'uber' new resource on Kettemoor (the gas), 2 mediocre and the rest are crap. I'm just glad I've not ground through shipwright yet, cause it's gotta suck to have to build the high level components w/ drekk.

We've been talking about this in the Corre forum. It is odd. All the Galaxies are behaving this way.
There has been no official statement from any Dev about it. It may be that the spawn cycle is a little off on them and they'll kick anytime now. Or it may be bugged.

I'll update you all when I learn anything.

I'm not complaining, either... I'm sitting on a 1000 CD spawn of copper right now... if the OQ was higher it'd be the perfect stuff, but it's only 655... still great for anything that has CD as the only important stat (I made a +15.00 ship crafting tool

I've made some, they come out either with...
ammo: 12
min: 4180
max: 10552
or
ammo: 10
min: 4180
max: 11709
This is with 745 OQ steel and 942 PE and 912 OQ radioactive. If i find any better steel in my houses i'll make some more.

I think they may have just put them on extra long cycles so that people could have materials to work with for JTL. We had an extra long spawn of some of the new aluminium but it died about 36 hours ago. So they are dying... it's just taking longer than it used to. Enjoy it while it lasts I guess.
