Quick question or two.
1) Does it make a difference what power type ( Wind or Radioactive) I use on a med harvester? Does one last longer than the other?

Wind power is limited to a one-to-one ratio. That is, 100 units of wind (or solar) will give you 100 units of energy.
Radioactive is different. The PE value determines the class of radioactivity from 1 to 7 (PE 500 to 950+).
The higher the PE the more it lasts. For example, 100 units of Class 7 Radioactive (PE 997) will give 997/500 * 100 units of energy (189).
Rad with PE less than 500 will give energy in a one-to-one ratio.
