I still have the what to mine section, which is gonna be huge. im listing all the classes and uses for all the rosources, what makes for a good one, how stuff is caped, what sells ect.

im also gonna put in a section about what makes a good resource vendor and tips on what to mine and how much and so on. Ill youll know when im done, i will post that its finished in the miner guide thread.

Thats quite a database your building. Is it easy to sort through? SWGCraft.com has the abilities to do what your talking about but not in an easy way

I just read all of it. Don't yell at me for these because you have what should shape up as a good artisan starter guide. Just want to help you tweak it.

Solars are BER 9
Heavy Harvesters are BER14 (i believe)

Brandy doesnt need Talus fruit. It uses any fruit and berry. Yes i know what the description says when you examine it. But the schematic actually doesnt call for Talusian fruit or Berries
Fusion is spelled with 1 s (sorry just trying to help you get it right)
Dathomir is the correct spelling
Various other little spelling issues. But hey after 3 hours of writing it. I'd be getting it wrong to.

I 5 starred them for you. Just for putting the time in alone.

A few corrections:

mediums BER 10, 35k-75k Minerals and mositers are generally at the lower price, and floral, gas, chem are upper range. They take walls which ends up being a lot more cost added to make them. To me these are the best bang for the buck. They need half the power and maintance of a heavy and give you a rate of 10, which is only 3BER lower. The big differnce here is hopper size. I cant stress enough how important that is. A good medium can have a hopper of 65k+ bad ones are 50K. this is huge especially in off world mining. You must check them often and if they are on a 85%+ spot that can mean every few days. If they are on your main planet, or one you travel to a lot and play daily its not a big deal. I use them in my stationary mining operation. I will get into that more in a later section : )

They actually take two-thirds the power and maintenance of a heavy (heavy = 90 credits & 75 power per hour, medium = 60 credits & 50 power per houe).

Fussions have many plus's that i have touched on earlier. One a single fussion mining for a week at a good % can power a fleet of personals for a month. Also seeing fussion isnt always in shift its nice to have some power, power is the one thing you will find that is always an issue. Find a good % drop it and if its good PE that will net in 300k+ units of power. thats a ton of power if you are running personls, even mediums or heavies. mediums use about 8k power a week, heavies 15k, personlas 3k soo do the math on how long it will last /grin

It's actually:
  • Personal: 4.2k/week

  • Medium: 8.4k/week

  • Heavy: 12.6k/week

thanks guys,, keep the data coming : )

the resource part im doing last, and yea SWG will be a big helper in putting it together as i have only been a miner on radiant, and now chimeara soo.. im sure another server out there might have different data. My main thing with the resource compliing is to aucally list every resource,

durralloy steel, This is one of the most consitantly best steels out there, averaging stats of heat+shock+tough in the 800's its a rather easy one to find. More rare is the HIgh OQ+con version but still not that uncommon. You cant ever go wrong mining a +900 Shock+tough+heat durralloy but toss in a +850 oq +500 con on that same resource get as much as you can. You will not be sorry

Uses, harvesters= heat, shock, tough, Armor= shock+OQ+ mall, weapons = shock, Shipwrights Con+OQ+tough, DE's its a named in making of binary load lifter chasis, stats do not mater.

This is what i plan on doing for all resources listed, yea this is going to be a big data base, maybe we will be getting people coming to the artisan boards instead of people saying SWG.craft.com /evilgrin. I wont be adding this part till sunday, well starting it. Its a holiday week end and i have some stuff i need to take care of in game before saturday. Ohh and im going out to see a band play tonight You know RL really kicks into your play time /wink

As for those harvester numbers you are talking about, those where made on the magic day of crafting.. i got BER 11 meds and 14 rate heavies, they help a little : ) and thanks for the update on those exact numbers i was just going of the top of my head. How much power do i put in normally?? Ahh 15k on heavies and 10k on meds, yea thatkeeps me giong for the week or atleast till next check.. sure its not exact but it works for me.. Ill update theentire thing after i get the whole thing finished, for a big edit, i may add stuff to whats already posted as well. I just dont want 15 this post was edited on the end of each section. /
