I have many factories so from time to time I have one die on me. Most of the time its not that big a deal for me but last time it was and I was prety upset since I had gotten no warning email till the factory was at 1% and that came in the middle of the night on a weekend I was traveling.

So I submitted a ticket and got the following reply.

"There is a known issue where if a factor has no one come near it the factory will not load and no maint wil be charged until some one passes near enough to the factory to make the factory load. At this time the factory then charges all the past maint and can be reduced to 1%."

Basically there was nothing they could do to help me. I know with storage tight its tempting to place items in a factory if your going to use them alot in the near future but if you do so be sure your paid in full if your not gonna log on for 2 days.

Sound advice for sure, I usually have at least 20 days power and maintinance at all times even though I log on every day.
