Background :

I put down a medium moisture vaporator yesterday. I put energy and maintenance in it and I start it. I checked it this morning and what happened ? The resource changed at least 30 min after putting down the harvester. I have hilarious 56 units in my harvester.

Idea :

What about a new ability ? If you are Master Artisan and you are surveying for a resource, you get the density shown and a message how long this resource is existing on this planet. If you see that this resource is existing since 6 days, you know that a resouce change is near and you won't put down your heavy harvester. It is very annoying to put down a harvester for 56 units since you loose a lot of money. But I think this ability shouldn't be easy to get, so Master Artisan or perhaps surveying 4 is the right place for it.
