What is the time line for initialization of a vendor? Is there a base amount of maintenance before you can place items on it?
I placed my first vendor, basic bulky, and paid maintenance, but still say it is not initialized. What is the magic word to get this thing to work?

There's a bug w/ trying to initialize vendors. Check the merchant board for more info.
