I've been looking for a chemical that has a greater OQ than 800 has anyone found one, and if so where, I've searched most of the planets but have yet to find them. Plus has anyone got a top notch recipe for weapon upgrades ie what mineral with what chemical?

You just gotta look around, it varies from server to server, planet to planet, and day to day. If you can't find any on your server wait a few days, then check again, it will show up sooner or later.

Also, the type of chem/mineral doesn't matter, all that matters is the OQ rating, if both materials are over 950 you will end up with something close to 32/15. What the stats affect is random and not related to the materials either. You just gotta keep grinding till you get a schematic you want, then put it in a factory.
