Alright, i have just joined the game recently and have found that along with a battle profession, I wish to associate the weaponsmith profession as well. I have looked at the skill charts and to get weaponsmith I found that I need one skill tree in artisan. Since I am such a newbie, could someone, or many people please describe to me the process of getting crafting xp and the best things to make, as well as how to make them; thanks.

I would suggest two skill trees in artisan. The requiredone and the Surveying Tree. To reach Master Weaponsmith you have to do alot of grinding. I think you need to grind through 650k of material from novice to master and you will find very little demand for items you craft until you are master. The Weaponsmith line is very resource dependent and the ability to find and harvest you own quality resources is almost a must.

What to grind is a blend of how much experience you receive per item and how long it takes you to craft it. I did my Weaponsmith grinding with Blaster Barrels because you only needed two types of resources and they did not take long to finish. After you reach a new level check out what is new and how complicated to exp is it. I did bone armor segments because bone was cheap and easy to come by. When I could make harvesters, I did personals and wind to master. That was a LONG time ago and there may be better options to grind general crafting exp.
