Is there anyway to tell what the quality of a bike is before you buy it?

Also can anyone out the craft me a 90% or higher swoop bike. Thanks.

There is currently no way to tell, unless the crafter is honest and put it into the name of the deed...and is telling the truth. You can infer from the prices, especially if they have several on their vendor and some are more expensive than others (such as they are on mine).

As far as specifically if anyone can help you, knowing what server you're on would help.

And if you're on Flurry, my shop is in Halcyon, Corellia, on the sea side of the city hall, at Halcyon Point. I've got a few in my vendor right now, I believe they're 92-94%.

the only real why to tell is to have the Artisan generate the bike in his own data pad. then have him or her bring it out..

After that target the bike and hover your mouse over the target bar it will tell you the number of hit points.

then use these formula's to determine if it is close to 90%

Base hit points

Landspeeder : 1500 min

speederbike: 1000 min

swoop:1000Min

overall hitpoints = Min +(Min *experimental percentage)

examples:

swoop or speeder: 1000 +(1000*.90) = 1900 ham

landpeeder:1500+(1500*.90) = 2850 ham

Using algrabra that thing no one thought you would use out of High School.

ep = ((oh - Min)/Min)*100

The formula for the swoop/speeder is wrong. I've made swoop/speeders w/ hp close to 2200. According to your formula I'd have to get 120% experimentation to get that.

You might want to mention what server you are looking for these on. The best bike I've made was 96% and it was a swoop that has 2413 HP. I still use this as my personal vehicle, when it's not autostoring.
